WHO WE ARE

Preposterous Holdings is a Private Equity & Venture Capital holding company owned and directed by Jim Cassidy. We typically structure our investments as private equity. That said, we have participated in convertible debt transactions. Our goal is to grow businesses created by smart and driven people, and although we do not limit our investments to specific market sectors, we prefer companies with a charitable or social mission.
